It must be that time of the year again.
In fact, I know it's that time of the year because I have a slip of paper that was stuffed into my pocket and is now sitting on my desk at work no doubt telling me about all the good Kevin Rudd would do if elected to office today.
Or tomorrow.
Or three months from now… Say November.
I'll also probably end up with one telling me about all the good things John Howard has done later on. I'll be sure to treat that scrap of print with as much respect as he's afforded the people of this nation:
I'll tell the scrap of paper that I plan to read it, plan to ingest what it says knowing full well that I'll crumple it up in my pocket and never read it again.
